Beach Flat exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach gear. Our host, Katerina, was incredibly helpful and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Nice.

The apartment was well-equipped and the location was ideal, close to the beach and great bars and restaurants. Our host was lovely and communication was prompt and friendly.
The room was warm at night due to the lack of air conditioning. Additionally, there was no mosquito net on the terrace door, preventing us from opening it at night.

our honeymoon in nice was amazing, but our stay at this flat made it even better. the location is perfect, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the beach. the flat was clean, well-equipped, and the host was excellent at communicating. we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was well-equipped, small but perfect. Ideal location near the sea and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful ambience. Lovely and friendly host. Prompt and friendly communication. Nice bathroom facilities and terrace. Great addition of a washing machine. Convenient spot near the beach.

The apartment had a delightful garden where I could pretend I knew how to use a barbecue. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the stifling heat. The patio with garden views gave me the perfect excuse to sit outside and do absolutely nothing.
Oh, how I despised that pesky seating area. Who needs a place to sit when there's so much exploring to do?

Stayed at this beautiful apartment for a week and absolutely loved it! The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a washing machine and balcony. The shower was amazing too. The location is perfect, just a one-minute walk to the beach and close to fantastic bars and restaurants. Kate, our host, was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
Totally recommend this hotel.
